Unique Custom Packaging guarantees exceptional services to you by meeting your needs and helping you achieve success. But, sometimes, things don’t go according to plan due to unexpected issues. In this condition, we reprint the order within seven working days.

Order Cancellation

We know how unexpected events can change your order or mind. Therefore, our team is always ready to accommodate you. If you have a plan change, contact our team at your earliest convenience. We will determine an appropriate solution based on the order’s completion date. If the order isn’t close to completion, we will offer a refund. You will get a complete refund if our team hasn’t started working on the orders.

Refund Request

You should request a refund within seven days from the delivery date. In case of a lost shipment, you should report it within 15 days. Our customer service teams respond to emails within one business day. We will send you an email as soon as we receive your message. Please wait for our team’s approval before sending the goods. You will receive the shipping address from our team. Make sure you copy the mailing address properly to avoid any delivery issues. Unique Custom Packaging won’t pay for the shipping cost for returns. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the cost of return. Please inform our team of any damage or losses during shipping. If you want to return the goods, sign an Authorized Form and send it to our team. We will look into your problem and help you in the process of returning the item if needed.
